I have to admit I was quite anxious about going away and leaving my cat Frank at home and had spent quite a bit of time considering my options because I'd never left him before. However, once I'd had the Meet & Greet with Christina any worries I had just disappeared. We had a great meeting and spent a long time running through Frank and my chickens daily routines in detail. By the end of the meeting I felt completely confident about Christina taking care of my pets in my absence.
After each of her visits I received an update and pictures letting me know that my gang was OK and that was so reassuring. Clearly Frank was having a lovely time and was not at all stressed by me being away.
When I got back everything was clean and tidy and clearly Christina had taken time during her visits to do everything we'd talked about.
I would, without any reservation, recommend Christina to other pet owners in the area. She clearly loves animals and treated my pets with the same care and attention that I do.

Arthur goes to Family Pet Care once a week and, honestly, when we drop him off he can't wait to go in and see his friends. Often, at home time, he's having a lovely cuddle with one of the staff and we really feel that the time he spends there is a really enriching and enjoyable part of the week.

Chistina is awesome. Our dogs love her. When most people come into the house the dogs are a bit anxious, but with Christina they just fall to her feet and love the attention. She is a dog whisper for sure. Also a really nice person who I would trust 100% with my dogs and all communication is fantastic. I would recommend Christina very highly.

Christina, Nicki, Kara & Lucy are the best at looking after my Cheeky Jackapoo Amy. I was nervous at the start, but love the safe, loving enviroment that Family Pet Care provides.
Amy cannot wait to get into daycare and knows the way there in the car. As Christina says I go to work guilt free knowing my puppy dog is loved and cared for like royalty! (wish I was there!)

Christina was a wonderful, professional and trustable sitter. I was very happy with her looking after my two little babies, they loved her! Hello, just wanted to thank you all for today, our Bertie has clearly had an absolute blast. Your centre is brilliant with such lovely toys/activities for the doggies to use. Over the Christmas holidays we had a difficult situation where we felt our house sitters were not taking good care of our dogs. We informed Christina and asked if there is any chance she could stop by, and she immediately (within 1hr) was at our house checking on our dogs. She saved us a huge amount of anxiety and concern by being so responsive and caring. We trust her completely with our dogs on a regular basis and are incredibly grateful for how she responded in an emergency as well. Our dogs are everything to us, and Christina truly understands that and treats them accordingly, with a huge amount of love. We owe her so much, and are so happy to have her to take care of our dogs!

I cannot tell just how brilliant Chris was with my 3 cats: but the fact that they really didn't seem to miss us at all for the two and a half weeks we were away should give you an idea! I suspect this is partly because she's great with animals, but also because she spent a long time with us before we left to really understand what they need and what they're like.
Chris was also excellent at giving us regular feedback about how they were getting on, including some great photos so we could we just how happy the cats were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Family Pet Care has been a godsend for me and my needy puppy. He’s been going since he was 4 months old, can’t wait to get in through the door and doesn’t want to come home! Christina, Nicki and Lucy are amazing!

Our labrador has known the Family Pet Care crew most of her life. She had home visits when she was a puppy and now goes to day care twice a week. The team love, know and understand dogs and we trust them completely to look after ours. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I am so glad I found Christina and the FPC team! We tried a couple of different places for our anxious labradoodle (Pris) before we found FPC and absolutely fell in love with the place and Christina and the team! It took our dog a couple of visits to settle in, but Christina was always reassuring to me, sending photos and updates and clearly doing the best for our dog! Pris now starts wiggling her tail with excitement the moment we approach FPC and it’s a constant pulling until we finally get in! Pris behaviour has also improved tremendously around other dogs and I can only thank Christina, Nicki and the rest of the team at FPC. Thank you for taking such good care of Pris!
